Q: How can I have my monthly HOA dues paid automatically?
A:Use the Preauthorized Electronic Assessment Payment Form below.

Q: How do I gain access to the Swimming Pool and Club House?

A: To ensure that the pool is used only by authorized residents and their guests, the HOA has implemented a Key Fob Access System. This key fob system was designed to allow you and your guests to enjoy a safe and private pool experience. Starting with the 2007 Pool Season, residents will need a key fob to unlock the pool house door and gain entrance to the pool. The same key fob will also allow residents to gain access to the clubhouse level during times that they are authorized to use the clubhouse (e.g., committee meetings, when they rent the clubhouse for private events, etc).  Please safeguard your fobs, as they will serve as proof that you are a resident in good standing and allow you access to PVR facilities for future years.  Please do not allow non-residents to use your key fob, and do not lend your key fob to a resident who has been denied admittance to the facilities.  Such practice may result in suspension or loss of your privileges.  Lost key fobs should be reported immediately. Failure to report a lost key fob may result in loss of privileges.  Replacement fobs will cost a nominal fee of $5.00.  When you are no longer a resident of Purcellville Ridge, please return your key fobs to our managing agent, LMA.

To receive your key fobs, each lot must complete the application form below which you can download/print.   Download and Print a hardcopy of the Key Fob Application Form

Please note that the online application feature that was available from April through May 22, 2007 is no longer operational.  You must now download/print the application form above and go to our managing agent's office to pick up your key fobs.
Please take your completed application form to LMA's Round Hill office to pick up your key fobs. Please contact our community manager, Ms. Georgia McGranahan, at LMA at 540.751.1888 or
Georgia@lmainc.com first to set up a date/time for when you may pick up your key fobs.

Q: I am unable to access the Residents Only section of the HOA website. What should I do?
